Q: What kind of picture quality do you need?
A: Digital images are always the best, but we can still use your non-digital photos, slides, negatives and printed printed pictiures, Please be advised,
that picture clarity may be lessened due to varying factors.
Q: What DPI should be used?
A: 72 DPI is the prefered size for displaying your photos. If you digitize them
yourself, please scan them at a minimum of 4x6 inches @ 72 DPI.
Q: What Music/Song(s) can I use?
A: Any music of your choice (Due to Availability)
Q: How do you retrieve Music/Song(s)?
A: There are a few ways to retrieve Music/Song(s).
Music/Song(s) can be provided by you on CD, USB Key, You can choose
from our list of music which we can provide to you or we can purchase &
download your music/song(s) and are subject to availability
Please note that if we need to purchase Music/Song(s), additional charges will apply
Q: Which way would you like me to provide photos/images?
A: We can accept your Photos/Images on a Disc, USB Key, E-mail or we
can scan your photos/images for you.
Q: How do I get my Photos/Images, to you?
A: There are a few ways to retrieve your pictures…
•We can pick up your Photos/Images for scanning
•We can pick up Photos/Images on a Disc or USB Key
•E-mail your Photos/Images, to:

Please note any Disc/USB/Photos will be returned to you with your DVD/Order.
Q: What is the turn around time?
A: For DVD's, we request you give us at least 24 hours/turn-around time.
For Books we require approximately 4-6 weeks
Q: What Music/Song(s) can I use?
A: Yes you can, DVD copies are $25.00 each
For book copies, please inquire.
